Temporary exit point

Proposed dates: August 16 to Sept 3

We are very happy to announce that the City of Calgary will be constructing a new boat ramp at our exit point across from Prince's Island Park! However, this means that we will have to use a temporary exit point approximately 200m past our existing exit for a two-week period starting Aug 16. While we will do our best to ensure a safe exit, it will be a rocky riverbank and care should be taken including wearing sturdy footwear. Those with limited mobility should wait until after the construction of the boat launch to book their float. We are sorry for the inconvenience...but are grateful that the City is upgrading this facility for public use.
