The Olympic/Elite Experience

Discover Calgary through the game that helped shape it — guided by someone who has played it at the highest level.

This is Icons on Ice at its ultimate level. Learn curling from an Olympian, World Champion or elite-level player, combining Calgary stories and curling history with hands-on instruction and insights from the highest levels of the sport.

Learn to throw, sweep and strategize before putting your new skills to work in a lively mini-game. Then finish with the Icons on Ice Honorary Curler tradition — brooms raised, oath taken and a photo to remember it.

Depending on your host, you may even have the rare opportunity to see and hold a real Olympic medal.

No curling experience required. Just bring your curiosity — your elite instructor will take care of the rest.
