Choose Your Experience
Floating Sound Bath
Lie back on a floating mat in our private outdoor pool and let the water and music do the rest; no swimming or floating experience required.
Deck Chair Sound Bath
Prefer to stay poolside? Enjoy the full sound bath journey, relaxed in a deck chair at the water’s edge—same session, same instruments, dry seating.
What Your Airdrie Experience Includes
- A floating mat, ready when you arrive
- An eye mask to help you settle in
- Guided breathwork and meditation to open the session
- A live sound bath performance with crystal bowls, drums, and chimes
- Light refreshments once the session wraps up
Who Is This Experience For
Curious first-timers, couples planning a quiet date night, and groups of friends or family all find their way to this session — it’s an easygoing, affordable way to slow down. You don’t need any background in meditation or floating to enjoy it.
What to Bring
- Comfy clothes
- A yoga or padded mat if you’d like extra softness (the floating boards are fairly rigid)
- A blanket, small pillow, two towels, and water
- Change of clothes (just in case of an incident)
What to expect:
Your hosts greet you at the door and walk you over to the pool area. Once you’re settled on your floating mat, a gentle guided relaxation eases you in — helping you get comfortable and let go of tension before the session properly begins.
From there, you’ll drift through a calming sound journey, resting on the water beneath a warm blanket. There’s nothing to do and nowhere else to be — relax, breathe, and let it unfold.
When the sound bath winds down, take your time coming back—reconnect with the room and enjoy some light refreshments before you head out.
