Please bring:

What to expect:
Your hosts will welcome you upon arrival and guide you to the pool area. Once you are settled on your floating mat, the session will begin with a gentle guided relaxation to help you become comfortable, release tension and ease into the experience.
You will then be carried through a calming sound journey while resting on the water beneath a warm blanket. There is nothing you need to do, and nowhere else you need to be—relax, breathe and allow the experience to unfold.
After the sound bath, you will have time to return slowly, reconnect with your surroundings and enjoy light refreshments before departing.
