Our Okotoks pool is located on peaceful private property in the countryside, just south of Calgary. Surrounded by open space and rural scenery, the secluded backyard pool provides an intimate and tranquil setting for a floating sound-bath experience—close enough to the city for convenience, yet far enough away to feel like a relaxing private retreat.
Part of the Float & Flow experience, each session features instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, flutes, drums, and more. This experience is designed to help you slow down, unplug, and leave feeling refreshed.

Please bring:
- Comfy clothes
- Blanket, small pillow and two towels

What to expect:
Your hosts will welcome you upon arrival and guide you to the pool area. Once you are settled on your floating mat, the session will begin with a gentle guided relaxation to help you become comfortable, release tension and ease into the experience.
You will then be carried through a calming sound journey while resting on the water beneath a warm blanket. There is nothing you need to do, and nowhere else you need to be—relax, breathe and allow the experience to unfold.
After the sound bath, you will have time to return slowly, reconnect with your surroundings and enjoy light refreshments before departing.
