What are BowBucks?
BowBucks are virtual credits that can be applied towards a future float. Each BowBuck is worth $1 off a float booking.
How do I earn BowBucks?
Every 10 dollars spent on raft, kayak, or tube rentals (excluding GST) is equal to 1 BowBuck. For example, if your float is $97 (before GST), upon completion of your float you will be awarded 10 BowBucks.
How do I sign up?
To sign up, click the button above or visit this link and enter your name, phone number and email address. Once complete, please download your virtual card into your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet – you will receive instructions on how to do this right on your phone. You will be able to show your virtual card to partners around Calgary to activate their deals. Make sure you check our Premiere Partners page often to find out what the latest deals are.
What happens next?
Every time you float, you’ll receive a notification that points have been added to your card, and you can always check your balance by simply looking at your card in your Apple or Google Wallet – the points will always be current.
When will I see my point balance increase?
Your points will automatically update after your float is complete.
How do I redeem my points?
We are working to automate this process, but in the meantime, simply visit this redemption link and within 24 hours we’ll send you a gift card that you can use towards a future booking.
Important note:
Your email address is your account number – therefore, when you make future bookings, make sure you use the same email address so that your points are properly allocated.
