Lazy Day now carries two different types of kayaks and packrafts.

The Aqua Marina Memba Pro inflatable kayak is available in solo and dual options, offering smooth, stable and effortless paddling for mid-distance recreational adventures such as those offered on the Bow River.

Ultra-durable and fit for multiple types of water exploring, these kayaks are perfect for travellers who enjoy mid-distance recreational adventures. They are constructed with an innovative, custom-made rigid drop-stitched DWF floor and inflatable air chamber, alongside extra-strong polyester for optimum strength, stability and UV protection.

Packraft Rentals in Calgary: MRS Nomad S1 Packrafts

We’re excited to introduce our new 1- and 2-person packrafts, the MRS Nomad S1, to our fleet— lightweight, durable packrafts designed for adventure and comfort.

Perfect for laid-back river floats or sneaky escapes into the wild, the Nomad S1 blends durability, comfort, and just the right splash of fun. They’re great for solo paddlers who love extra space—or two light travellers ready for a cozy cruise down the Bow.

Bringing Your Dog?

Dogs are welcome, but Packraft space is limited. A small dog may be suitable if it can remain safely with one owner.

Medium and large dogs count as one passenger. A 2-person Packraft should not be booked for two adults plus a medium or large dog. Contact Lazy Day before booking if you are unsure whether a Packraft is appropriate.

Optional Pre-Float Shuttle

The Pre-Float Shuttle is not included in the Packraft rental price. It is an optional paid add-on charged per person and can be added to the booking.

Park near the end of the float at the Lazy Day Shop and ride to West Baker Park before the trip. When the float ends, your vehicle is only a short walk away.

Small dogs that can remain on their owner’s lap do not require an additional shuttle seat. Add a shuttle seat for each medium or large dog.
