Intuitive painting is a playful, freeing way to explore creativity without rules, expectations, or the pressure to create something “perfect.” Rather than planning what your finished piece should look like, you’ll be encouraged to follow your instincts — choosing colours, shapes, textures, and movements simply because they feel right in the moment. You don’t need to be an artist to create something meaningful — intuitive painting is about letting go of “getting it right,” trusting what feels good, and simply enjoying the process.
Guided through gentle prompts and moments of reflection, you’ll have space to slow down, quiet the thinking mind, and let creativity unfold naturally. No artistic experience is needed, and there’s no right or wrong way to paint.
Come as you are, get a little creative, and see where the experience takes you. Your finished painting is yours to take home — a unique reflection of the moment and a reminder to trust your intuition, embrace the unexpected, and find your flow.

What to Expect
Come as you are — no artistic experience required. This experience is about the process, not creating a perfect painting.
You’ll begin by getting comfortable and settling into the space with a brief grounding exercise designed to help you slow down and shift out of your everyday thinking. Your facilitator will then introduce intuitive painting and offer gentle prompts to help you get started.
From there, you’ll be encouraged to follow your instincts. Choose the colours that draw you in, make the marks that feel right, layer, change direction, experiment, and see what emerges. There’s no reference image to copy and no expectation that your painting needs to “look like” anything.
Throughout the experience, your facilitator will be there to offer encouragement and inspiration while giving you plenty of space to explore at your own pace.
We’ll have plenty of time to pause, reflect, connect, and enjoy some light refreshments. And, of course, your one-of-a-kind creation is yours to take home.
