Feeling cooped up? We hear you! Floating the Bow is a great way to get outdoors and enjoy Calgary’s magnificent scenery in a socially-distanced manner. Grab the people in your bubble and hit the water!
Our priority is to keep our staff and customers safe during COVID-19. We are taking the following precautions to do so:
- Staff are trained to perform daily self-assessments and instructed to stay home if they meet any of the assessment criteria.
- Staff will be equipped with facial coverings when physical distancing requirements cannot be assured.
- Increased level of cleaning and sanitizing for all rafting equipment, high touch areas around shop, and shared surfaces.
- Our washroom will be cleaned and disinfected regularly with signage for physical distancing and one way traffic through our shop.
- We encourage on-line booking to minimize touch points and close contact interactions.
